The country we are happy to represent, Georgia, - is not only marvelous mountains, sea, wine, ancient and rich original culture, colorful dances and warm-hearted hospitality of the Georgian people. This is the land with ideal geographical position at the crossroads of the important trading ways between Asia and Europe. Thus Georgia has to be one of the most attractive, tourism potential and transit country of the world.

Some of you have already had an occasion to travel with us. Some have learned about us from friends or relatives, or through mass media. Now you have the opportunity to get and see first-hand information about our airline.

Until recently, we were known as Aircompany EuroLine LTD. But pursuant to the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held at the end of February, 2010, the Company corporate structure reorganization, name change and re-branding had been approved. This decision was caused by changing the brand identity, aspiration to business expansion and desire actively, even aggressively, to enter the new international markets, thus to create, in the customers opinion, the image of a reliable airline of our country – Georgia.

Also it is extremely important to define the symbolical meaning and abstract design of new corporate style and airline recognition brand based on laconism and European aesthetic values. Dark blue and yellow-green are the two primary colours in the new airline logo. Dark blue colour reflects the professionalism, personal growth in many senses, high sky and flights. Whereas chartreuse colour, with the stylised image of an Eagle, personifies original powerful nature, flight of the soul, strength and high of spirit, which consecrated with the sun, soar up to Heavens. As, according to the many traditional beliefs and philosophies, the Eagle is very much larger and longer-lived than any other bird, it flies in a long, straight line at high altitude above all other birds, it is not casually that the symbol of this “King of the Air”, capable to overcome all difficulties and distances, has been chosen as our new corporate style.

It is 21st century now – the era of new technological innovation and decisions. The people had been changed. The environment is going digital all over the world. And the main criteria and requirements to the air carriages also had been cardinally change. I would like to share with you the information about the main principles, goals, strategy and mission of our company, relationship with our partners and customers, about everything surrounding us and give you the answer why we are preferable and better than our competitors.

Our main goal is a profitable, sustainable business model of a regional airline connecting the rapidly expanding markets of Europe and Asia / Middle East and maintaining the highest level of safety, flight reliability and aircraft airworthiness. The most important things for us are the gratitude and happy faces of our valued passengers. That is the reason why our team does the best every day giving our customers a safe, punctual, reliable schedule and the highest international standards of service.

Our airline had been established in June 2004. It is a large milestone in the present fast developing world. During that time, as aviators say, we “had spread our wing”. Of course, things did not go right way, errors and difficulties have happened. But now thinking of them, make us smile. At the present moment Georgian International Airlines is a holder of International Air Transport Association (IATA) airline designator – 4L and accounting code – 764. Also we are registered by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) – MJX.

We are one harmonious team, which counts more than 90 employees, each of them are very skilled, well-trained and experienced in civil aviation. Unfortunately, most of them, except crew members, sitting behind the cabin door, are non-famous to passengers. But this is an army of employees doing their best and 24-hours a day responsible for safety and passengers’ lives in the sky.

The fleet of our company is represented by the aircraft which nowadays in the European region are regarded as the most modern and comfortable:

Boeing-767/300ER Planned to be put in operation starting from Oct/December 2013.

At the end of 2009 we have launched a program of aircraft fleet rehabilitation and replacement of the former USSR manufactured aircraft by modern and cost effective foreign machines aiming to reduce the number of types operated as well as development of the company’s destinations network.

Nowadays, Georgian International Airlines successfully operate such modern aircraft as Fokker-100 and Fokker- 50 on the basis of operational lease.

In the nearest future our aim and choice is to start operating Boeing-737/400 and Boeing-767/300ER.

Our best and nearest prospective for 2013/2014 – shall be development of the Asia- European destinations market. In the regions of Asia and Middle East we are going to have operations in Tehran (Islamic Republic of Iran), Aqtau (Kazakhstan), Deli and Amritsar (India), Sochi, Makhachkala, Rostov on don, Krasnodar, Samara, Moscow, St. Petersburg (Russia).

Out of European market destinations we are planning to develop markets of Germany – Frankfurt and Dusseldorf; England - London (Gatwick) and Birmingham; Lithuania – Vilnius; Switzerland - Zurich, Italy – Rome along with some other European cities.

The main priority of the company for 2014 shall be to launch regular air transportations on the route between Tbilisi and New-York which is currently scheduled for the beginning of June 2014.

Also I would like to admit that our major task is making convenient every step of passenger to the flight and making comfortable and memorable the air travel itself.
